1) Behaviour: I have to act towards you lawfully and with respect, and I expect you would treat me with the same respect as I with you, so we can work collaboratively.
2) Fees*- The fees are to be paid fully within 24hrs of the first session, for later payments exceptions can be made upon reviewing your circumstances. Once the fees are paid, it is not refundable.
3) Sessions to be cancelled or rescheduled with 24hrs, if fees are paid before cancellations.
Guarantee of Therapy: I cannot make any promises about the outcome of the sessions, as every individual will respond differently.
4) Receipts of confirmation of payment to be made, if the payment has not been received by Curious Minds Therapy
5) Confidentiality: Any information collected from you, including what's spoken in the session is kept confidential and private unless it is required by law, if you are at risk of harm to yourself/others or if referring you to other agencies (which will be discussed with you)
6)Payments: are excepted in cash, or transferred into the bank account provided, I will do my best to ensure your information is secure, however, I cannot guarantee the nature of internet security.
7)As I also provide therapy virtually and do my best ensure to I have high functioning technology, I unfortunately can not always guarantee the quality and abruptions of the virtual and auditory tech.
8) Extra charges apply for counselling/hypnotherapy sessions on the weekend.
